What do we need to register your event?

In this guide you will find all the necessary information about the types and sizes of images you will need to start preparing your event and maximize its visibility and the impact of your marketing campaigns.

Artist page

This is your artist's page. All available events for your artist will be displayed here.

For this page, we need:

  • Artist image without text, 222x222 px. This image will appear at the top right of the page, next to the artist's name.
  • Event image with text, 222x222 px. For each event, we will need the specific event image where your artist will be appearing.

 

Event header

This image will appear on your event page.

It should measure 1240x480 px.

The safe zone means that within this area, your event image will not be affected by other header elements, such as the event name, venue, etc. Please ensure that the image you send us meets these conditions, otherwise, it may overlap with other header elements.

 

FanTicket

Offer your customers a keepsake from your event with our FanTicket, a physical ticket featuring your event's image. The FanTicket is a true collector's item: memories of great concerts and unique shows will no longer remain only in your customers' minds—they will always have them with them.

The size of your event image must be 2542x978 px.

 

Home page

To have your events appear on the main page of entradas.com, we need the following images of your event:

For the carousel:

  • If your event is featured as a highlight on the entradas.com page, the image size must be 316x400 px.
  • For the rest of the carousel, there are two sizes: 316x198 px and 156x198 px.

If your image appears in the "Don't Miss It!" section of our website, we will use the 156x198 px size, the same as we use for the carousel.

Social media

Increase the visibility of your event with our social media marketing campaigns.

To upload your event to our social media channels, we need:

  • Post in our feed: 1000x1000 px.
  • Instagram stories: 2080x1920 px.

Exclusive newsletters

To send your target audience all the information about your event and exclusive content related to it, we need you to send us the image of your event in the size 580x600 px.
